A page says “This page isn't available”
Why you see “This page isn't available”, and what an owner can change.
You'll see This page isn't available when:
- Your role doesn't include it. For example, the front desk may not be allowed into billing or roles.
- The app is switched off for your business. When an app is off, its pages, buttons and Duke's skills for it disappear for everyone.
- The page doesn't exist any more, for example a deleted record or an old link.
What to do
- Click Go to Dashboard.
- If you think you should see the page, ask an owner. They can:
- give your role access in Settings → Team → Roles. See Roles & permissions.
- switch the app on in Settings, if your plan includes it.
Other messages you might see

| Your plan doesn't include this module | The app isn't in your plan. An owner can change the plan in Settings → Plan and billing |
| Your plan's limit has been reached | You've reached a plan limit, such as team members or automations switched on |
| This organization is read-only: SmartDuke's invoice is unpaid | You can see everything but not change it until an owner pays. See Billing |
| Your organization requires two-factor sign-in | Set up two-factor sign-in to continue. See Two-factor sign-in |
