DukeOS for plumbers and electricians · AI operating systemCRM, ERP and AI agents in one system. From $49 a month per business. About DukeOS

Plumbing and electrical softwareThe leak gets booked while you're under a sink.

DukeOS is the AI operating system for plumbers and electricians: enquiries, visits, job sheets, quotes, service plans, invoices and WhatsApp in one app, with Duke, an AI assistant that prepares the work for your approval. Duke answers WhatsApp while you work, books the visit with a free technician and saves the address and what's wrong. Each technician sees only their own visits.

01Duke at your plumbing and electrical business

Duke answers the phone in your pocket while your hands are full.

Leaks, tripping breakers, a boiler that won't fire: it answers on WhatsApp with your visit price, books a free slot with the right technician and saves the address and access notes on the customer's site. Quotes, invoices and follow-ups wait for your yes.

Job sheets

What was done, signed off.

A ready-made Job sheet for every visit, linked to the site: technician, work done, parts used, hours on site and whether the customer signed off. Sites keep the address, access notes and what's installed, like the boiler and when it went in.

Visits

A diary for every technician.

Service visits, call-outs and site surveys as visit types, each with its length and a travel buffer. Free times come from each technician's hours. The office books for everyone; each technician sees only their own visits, with the customer's address and phone.

Quotes and invoices

Bigger jobs, quoted properly.

Labour and parts as lines, with tax. When the customer accepts, the order is made from the same lines, and invoices show what's paid, due and overdue.

Ready-made pages

Sites and job sheets, ready-made.

A plumbing and electrical business starts with Sites and Job sheets, linked to the customer. Add your own, like Safety certificates or Van stock checks, by asking Duke.

05Questions

Plumbing & electrical: common questions

Can each technician see only their own jobs?

Yes. The Technician role sees only their own visits and schedule, with the customer's address and phone, and the job sheets. It doesn't see leads. Office and dispatch books visits for every technician, quotes and invoices.

Can customers ask for a visit from my website?

Yes. The Service request form asks for name, phone, address, what they need, when suits them and an optional photo. You can share it as a link, a QR code poster, a section on your website or on another site. Every answer finds or creates the contact and can start a lead.

Do yearly service visits book themselves?

No. Visits don't repeat in the diary on their own. A service plan holds how many visits are included and when it ends; Duke lists plan holders with nothing booked, and a reminder goes out before a plan ends.
