DukeOS for salons and spas · AI operating systemCRM, ERP and AI agents in one system. From $49 a month per business. About DukeOS
Salon booking softwareA full book, and regulars who come back.
DukeOS is the AI operating system for salons and spas: appointments by stylist, services, products and WhatsApp in one app, with Duke, an AI assistant that prepares the work for your approval. Appointments by stylist, client profiles, retail products and invoices in one place. Duke answers WhatsApp, books clients into free times, tells you what to reorder and nudges regulars who haven't been in for a while.

01Duke at your salon
Duke takes the bookings between the blow-dries.
Clients message about a balayage, a bridal trial or a massage voucher while every stylist has someone in the chair. Duke answers from your services and prices, books each client into the right stylist's free time, and has reorders, overdue invoices and lapsed regulars ready when you look.

02The apps salons and spas use
Switched on and set up in your salon's words.
Clients, stylists, services, retail products and invoices. Every salon starts with these, plus roles for stylists and the front desk.

Appointments
Every stylist's day at a glance.
Each stylist has their own working hours and time off. Free times are worked out for you, with a buffer after each service, and double-booking a stylist is refused.
Retail
Retail stock that tells you when it's low.
Hair care, styling, nail, skin and spa products with stock per branch and every movement kept. Stock never goes below zero, and low items are flagged.
Client profiles
Profiles your stylists actually use.
Preferred stylist, hair type, allergies, patch test date and colour formula, linked to each client. Consultations and gift vouchers come ready-made too.
Duke on duty
A bride messages at 10 pm.
Duke drafts or sends the reply, depending on what you've switched on. An unhappy client always goes to a person, with Duke's reason.
Ready-made pages
Client profiles, consultations, gift vouchers.
A salon starts with ready-made pages, linked to clients. Change any of them, or add your own, by asking Duke.

05Questions
Salon & spa: common questions
How much does salon booking software cost?
DukeOS costs $49 a month for the whole salon, not per stylist, with up to 3 team members and one location. Growth at $99 covers up to 10 team members and two branches, and lets Duke answer WhatsApp on its own. Pro at $199 has up to 25 team members and unlimited branches.
Can clients book appointments on WhatsApp?
Yes, with Duke on duty on the Growth plan and above. DukeOS's AI assistant offers each stylist's real free times on your WhatsApp number and books the slot the client picks. You choose what it may do, and an unhappy client always goes to a person. On every plan, Duke can draft replies for your team to send.
Does it stop a stylist being double-booked?
Yes. In DukeOS each stylist has their own working hours and time off, and free times are worked out for you with a buffer after each service. Booking a stylist who is already busy is refused, so two clients never end up waiting for the same chair at the same time.
Can I keep colour formulas and patch test dates for each client?
Yes. DukeOS salons start with ready-made client profile pages for preferred stylist, hair type, allergies, patch test date and colour formula, linked to each client. Consultations and gift vouchers come ready-made too, and you can change any of these pages or add your own just by asking Duke.
