Every create, change and delete is recorded automatically, with what it was before and after. It also records what Duke changed and who approved it, and nobody can edit or delete the log.

01Duke in the audit log
Every step Duke takes is written here.
Changes Duke makes are recorded as AI, with who approved them and when. On duty, the log also names the rule that allowed the action.
Who decides
- On its own, by your ruleDuke on duty does it for the customer who wrote, once you switch that action on.
- Your templates, up to a limitIf you opt in, an agent sends messages that are entirely your approved templates, up to a limit per run.
- Waits for your approvalIt prepares it and shows a one-line preview. Nothing changes until you approve.

Can't be changed
A log nobody can rewrite.
Entries can't be edited or deleted, not even by the owner. The only exception is erasing a person's data on request: their values are blanked, but who and when are kept. Sign-ins go to a separate security log.
