DukeOS is the AI operating system for landscaping and gardening businesses: enquiries, visits, service plans, quotes, job sheets, invoices and WhatsApp in one app, with Duke, an AI assistant that prepares the work for your approval. 01Duke at your landscaping business

Duke fills the diary while your gardeners dig.

It books visits on WhatsApp, saves the gate code and where the tap is on the customer's site, and tells you which regular customers have no visit booked. Quotes for bigger jobs and renewal notes wait for your yes.

05Questions

Landscaping & gardening: common questions

Can regular garden visits repeat on their own?

No, not yet. Visits don't repeat in the diary by themselves. Put regular customers on a service plan, and Duke lists the ones with nothing booked so you can book them in a few minutes.

Can my gardeners see their own jobs?

Yes. Each gardener sees only their own visits and schedule, with the customer's address and phone, and the job sheets. Helpers can be on the team without a login.

Can customers send a request with a photo?

Yes. The Service request form asks what they need, when suits them and the address, with an optional photo upload. Every answer finds or creates the contact and can start a lead.
