DukeOS for dental clinics · AI operating systemCRM, ERP and AI agents in one system. From $49 a month per business. About DukeOS

Dental clinic softwareEvery recall, every treatment plan, followed up.

DukeOS is the AI operating system for dental clinics: appointments, recalls, treatment plans and WhatsApp in one app, with Duke, an AI assistant that prepares the work for your approval. Dentist and hygienist diaries, six-monthly recalls, treatment plans and payment plans in one place. Duke answers patients on WhatsApp, books check-ups and finds the treatment plans that were never booked.

01Duke at your dental clinic

Duke keeps every check-up booked.

It books check-ups, hygienist cleans and emergency slots on WhatsApp, finds the patients whose six-monthly recall has passed and drafts reminders for your approval. Treatment plans patients accepted but never booked come up before anyone forgets them.

02The apps dental clinics use

Dentists, hygienists and the front desk.

Each clinician has their own hours and appointment types. Estimates are quotes, and larger treatments can be split into instalment invoices.

Dentist and hygienist diaries.

Check-ups, cleans, fillings and longer treatments each have their own length. Free times come from each clinician's hours, and a clinician can't be double-booked.

Estimates

Estimates patients can say yes to.

Put the treatment on a quote with each item's price. Mark it sent, and when the patient accepts, it becomes an order with the same lines.

Payment plans

Instalments without the spreadsheet.

Split a treatment into named parts, such as first visit, fitting and review, or equal monthly parts. Each part is its own invoice, with receipts.

Pages Duke can build for you

05Questions

Dental clinic: common questions

How much does dental clinic software cost?

DukeOS costs $49 a month for the whole clinic, not per dentist, with up to 3 team members and one location. Growth at $99 adds up to 10 team members, two branches and Duke answering patients on WhatsApp on its own. Pro at $199 has up to 25 team members.

Can it handle six-monthly recall reminders?

Yes. DukeOS keeps recalls on a page linked to each patient, built for your clinic during setup or by asking Duke. Duke drafts reminders from your own template for you to approve, and WhatsApp messages go out from your own number using Meta-approved templates. On Growth and above, Duke can also book check-ups on WhatsApp.

Can dentists and hygienists have separate diaries?

Yes. In DukeOS each clinician has their own diary, and check-ups, cleans, fillings and longer treatments each have their own length. Free times come from each clinician's working hours, and a clinician can't be double-booked, so the front desk always offers a time that really is free.

Can patients accept a treatment estimate?

Yes. In DukeOS you put the treatment on a quote with each item's price and mark it sent. When the patient accepts, it becomes an order with the same lines. Treatment plans sit on a board by stage, and Duke finds the plans that were proposed but never booked.
