Physiotherapy clinic: common questions

How much does physiotherapy clinic software cost?

DukeOS costs $49 a month for the whole clinic, with up to 3 team members and one location. Growth at $99 adds up to 10 team members, two branches and Duke answering WhatsApp enquiries on its own. Every plan includes every business app, and India prices are before 18% GST.

Can patients book appointments on WhatsApp?

Yes, on the Growth plan and above. With Duke on duty, DukeOS's AI assistant answers enquiries on your WhatsApp number and books initial assessments into each practitioner's free times, worked out from their hours, time off and the buffer after each appointment. Anything about money, or anything unusual, goes to a person.

Can I track treatment plans and spot patients who stopped coming?

Yes. DukeOS keeps every patient's treatment plan on one board as active, review due or discharged, with sessions planned and done, the practitioner and the next review date. Duke finds the patients whose plan stopped before they were discharged, so your team can offer them times to come back.

Does it handle insurer invoices as well as self-pay?

Yes. DukeOS invoices and receipts can carry the insurer and the authorisation number, side by side with self-pay patients. You can record part payments, issue refunds with a reason, and see at a glance on the Due and Overdue tabs what is still owed and by whom.
