Law firm softwareClients and matters, handled with care.
DukeOS is the AI operating system for law firms: clients, matters, documents, invoices and email in one app, with Duke, an AI assistant that prepares the work for your approval. New enquiries, consultations, engagement letters, matters and invoices in one place. Duke books consultations from WhatsApp, keeps key dates in view and drafts the follow-ups you approve.

01Duke at your law firm
Duke keeps every matter moving.
It replies to new enquiries on WhatsApp in your own wording, books consultations in a lawyer's free time and passes anything that needs a lawyer to a person. Key dates, engagement letters and unpaid fees reach you as answers and drafts to approve.

02The apps law firms use
Enquiries, consultations, matters and fees.
Enquiries become consultations, an accepted engagement letter opens a matter, and fees are invoiced against the client.
03In the app
A closer look.
Screens from our live demos, and what each part does for the business.
Matters
Every matter on one page.
A matters page linked to the client: type, responsible lawyer, opened date, next key date and status. Drag matters across a board as they progress, or run larger ones as a project with tasks.
MattersCustom page
| Matter | Client | Type | Lawyer | Next key date |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lease renewal, Bay St | Daniel Ross | Commercial property | Amelia Hart | 14 Nov |
| Shareholder agreement | Tallow Studios | Corporate | James Wu | 21 Nov |
| Estate administration | Margaret Lowe | Wills & estates | Amelia Hart | 2 Dec |
Consultations
Each lawyer's diary, kept in order.
Set each lawyer's hours and days away. Consultations fit into the free times, a lawyer can't be double-booked, and they're told when a colleague moves one.
Engagement letters
Terms agreed before the work starts.
Set out the scope and fee as a quote. When the client accepts, it's marked accepted and becomes an order, so you know the matter can open.
Invoices
Fees invoiced, payments recorded.
Invoice a fixed fee in one go or in stages, record bank transfers and see what each client owes. Overdue invoices are flagged with the days late.
