DukeOS for home stores · AI operating systemCRM, ERP and AI agents in one system. From $49 a month per business. About DukeOS

Retail store softwareYour store and your online orders, with the customers behind them.

DukeOS is the AI operating system for retail stores: customers, stock, orders, invoices and WhatsApp in one app, with Duke, an AI assistant that prepares the work for your approval. Customers, products, stock and orders, over the counter and online, in one place. Duke answers price questions on WhatsApp, follows up corporate gift quotes and tells you what's running low.

01Duke at your store

Duke keeps the WhatsApp counter as tidy as the shelves.

It answers price questions on WhatsApp from your product list, notes corporate gift enquiries and fills in custom orders from what customers tell it. Quotes, orders and the reorder list are ready for your yes, so the shop floor stays calm on a busy weekend.

02The apps home stores use

Set up for a store that sells over the counter and online.

Products, stock, orders and customers first, with roles for the store manager, sales associates, online orders and customer service. DukeOS doesn't host your web shop: online orders are recorded as sales orders, so stock and customers stay in one place.

Custom orders

Personalised pieces, tracked to collection.

A ready-made Custom orders page keeps the occasion, the items, the personalisation and the date needed, on a board from enquiry to collected. Each one links to the customer.

Win-back

Good customers who went quiet.

Duke finds the people who used to buy and stopped, and drafts a personal note for each. You read them, then approve all or one by one.

Which good customers haven't bought anything since June?
DukeSix customers who spent over S$500 last year have no order since June. Their favourites were table linen and the stoneware range. I've drafted a short note for each.

Stock

Stock per branch, never below zero.

Every product has a price, a reorder level and a full history: received, sold, adjusted, damaged, returned. Fulfilling an order takes the stock at that branch, and nothing goes below zero.

Quotes and orders

From a gift quote to a packed order.

Quote a corporate client with your own products and prices. When they accept, the order is made with the same lines. Over the counter, a sale is created and fulfilled in one step.

Ready-made pages

Custom orders and supplier orders.

A store starts with two ready-made pages, linked to customers. Change them, or add your own by asking Duke, for example a page for delivery slots.

  • Custom orders
  • Supplier orders
