Duke, the AI teammate in DukeOS
Built into every DukeOS appNamed by you
Meet Duke, the teammate built in.

Duke works inside the apps as the person it's helping, gets the day's work ready and answers customers. Nothing goes out without a person's say-so.
01A day with Duke
A Tuesday at the demo gym.
Times match the product's own schedule: goals are measured at 7, the night's summary arrives at 8, quiet hours only draft.

Draft02What it does
Six jobs, one teammate.
The work that slips through the cracks, done inside the apps, with the decisions left to people.
Every morning
It reads the business before you do.
Open the app and the Dashboard has Duke's read of the day: what needs you, each with the next step prepared, and today's numbers against the same day last week. Insights add the money at stake, so you know what to do first.
Day and night
Customers get an answer at 11 pm.
Put Duke on duty on a WhatsApp number. It answers from what you've told it and your price list, books appointments from your free times, saves the customer's details and fills in the pages you choose, like an intake form. When your chosen words come up, or it isn't sure, it hands over to a person.
Your goals
Give it a number. It works towards it.
Say what you want, like 40 free trials by 19 October. Duke drafts two to five steps from your own numbers; you keep the ones you like and approve. Each step runs as a job, and every morning it measures the pace and tells you honestly how it's going.
Jobs in plain words
Describe a job. It does it on schedule.
Write it the way you'd brief a new colleague: “Every Monday, find members who haven't been in for two weeks and draft a warm note.” Pick the tools and when it runs. Duke works as you, never with more access, and you come back to a short list to approve.
Builds what's missing
Missing a page? Ask for it.
Tell Duke what you want to keep track of. It makes the page, its fields and the link to your customers, and puts it in your menu, after showing you what it'll do. Your own records, without code or dragging boxes around.
Ask anything
Ask a question. Get the work prepared.
Ask from any page, in plain words. Duke knows the page you're on, answers from your data and your documents, and drafts the follow-ups, tasks and messages. It reads only what you're allowed to read.
Coming soon
Phone calls. We're building Duke to answer the business phone, with the same rules it follows on WhatsApp. It isn't available yet.
Hear when it's ready03How Duke stays safe
Duke asks first. People stay in charge.
Duke can do a lot, so the rules are strict. They're built into the product, the same for every business, and every step can be checked.
You approve first
Every change starts as a one-sentence preview, worked out on your real data. Only the person who asked can approve it.
It works as the person it helps
Duke has no access of its own. Every step is checked against that person's role, so it never sees or does more than they can.
Every step is on record
The audit log shows what Duke changed and who approved it, to the minute.
Some things always need a person
Money, cancelling anything paid for, deletes, data exports, settings, and bulk or outbound messages.
Messages can't give it new powers
What customers write and what's in your documents is treated as information, never as instructions.
Your data stays yours
Each business's data is kept apart, down to the database. Export all of it as one ZIP, and bring your own AI key if you like.
Audit log
Who changed what, and who approved it, to the minute.
