AppsSales & customersCustomer app
The Customer app appPart of DukeOS, the AI operating system for business: CRM, ERP and AI agents in one system. From $49 a month per business
Members open your address on their phone, sign in with a code from their email and see their plan, their visits and their classes. They book a class or join the waiting list themselves.
01Duke and the customer app
There's no AI in the customer app: members see only their own plan, visits and classes. Every booking they make lands in the same rosters and waiting lists your team and Duke work from.
Who decides
Ask who booked a class or who's waiting, including everyone who booked from their phone.
Insights point out full classes with waiting lists, and the ones that are barely booked.
Classes · this week
When a member rings instead, ask Duke to book them in. A full class puts them on the waiting list, just as the app does.

Sign-in and install
Members sign in with a 6-digit code emailed to them, valid for 10 minutes, and stay signed in for 30 days. They can install it on their phone with your name and icon: an Install button on Chrome and Edge, and simple Add to Home Screen steps on iPhone.

Book a class
Members see the next 14 days of classes and book a place, join the waiting list when it's full, or cancel. They only see days their membership covers, and places and waiting lists work exactly as they do for your staff.
Their plan and visits
Home shows their membership as a card in your colour with the days left, the classes they've booked and their visits over the last four weeks. When a plan is ending or has ended, it tells them to renew at the front desk.
Not just gyms
If your business runs classes or sells memberships, the app fits. A clinic's patients book Pilates for back care, a tutoring centre's students see their enrolment. It shows only the parts your business actually uses.
