DukeOS for gyms · AI operating systemCRM, ERP and AI agents in one system. From $49 a month per business. About DukeOS
Gym management softwareMembers, classes and renewals, with Duke at the front desk.
DukeOS is the AI operating system for gyms: members, renewals, classes, check-ins, fees and WhatsApp in one app, with Duke, an AI assistant that prepares the work for your approval. Members, memberships, check-ins, classes and fees in one place. Duke answers enquiries on WhatsApp, books trials, chases renewals and spots the members who stopped coming.

01Duke at your gym
Duke runs the front desk while you coach.
It answers the WhatsApp enquiries that come in mid-session, books free trials into the times you've opened, and gets renewals and win-back notes ready for your yes. You stay on the floor; the desk keeps moving.

Memberships
Know who's due, before they lapse.
Monthly, quarterly or student plans. Ending soon, lapsed and upcoming are worked out from the dates, and renewing is one click.
Classes
Full classes fill their waiting list.
Schedule a class weekly in one go, and set places and trainers per branch. When someone cancels, the first person waiting gets the place.
Duke on duty
WhatsApp answered at 11 pm.
You choose what Duke may do on your number: answer, save details, book, reply, hand over. Money, cancellations and anything unusual always go to a person.
Check-ins
A front desk that knows everyone.
Type a name, tap Check in. The desk sees at once if a membership has ended or ends this week, and today's visits compared with last week.
Ready-made pages
Assessments, workout plans, lockers.
A gym starts with ready-made pages, linked to members. Change any of them, or add your own, by asking Duke.

05Questions
Gym & fitness centre: common questions
How much does gym management software cost?
DukeOS starts at $49 a month for the whole gym, not per user, with up to 3 team members and one location. Growth is $99 for up to 10 team members, two branches and Duke answering WhatsApp on its own. Pro is $199 for unlimited branches.
Can members get renewal reminders on WhatsApp?
Yes. DukeOS shows who is ending soon, and Duke drafts a reminder for each member from your own template for you to approve. WhatsApp runs on your own number through Meta's official WhatsApp Business platform, with approved templates to start a chat. Ready-made automations can also email a reminder a set number of days before a membership ends.
Can members check in with a QR code?
Yes. With DukeOS, members can check in by scanning a QR code at the door, or the front desk can search a name and tap Check in. The desk sees at once if a membership has ended or ends this week, and members who haven't been in for two weeks are flagged so you can win them back.
Does it work for a gym with more than one branch?
Yes. DukeOS runs every branch from one account: each has its own classes, staff hours, invoices and stock, while members and their memberships belong to the whole business. Starter covers one location, Growth up to two branches and Pro unlimited branches. Places and trainers can be set for each class per branch.
