Can I sell yearly AMC contracts?
Yes. A yearly service plan with 4 visits comes ready, and you can add your own with a price, a length and the visits included. Plans ending soon are flagged, a renewal reminder goes out, and the Service plan renewals agent drafts a note for each customer every Monday for your approval.
Will the AMC visits book themselves?
No. Visits don't repeat in the diary on their own. Duke lists plan holders who are due a visit with nothing booked, and you or the office book them, or customers book on WhatsApp with Duke.
Can technicians see only their own visits?
Yes. The Technician role sees only their own visits and schedule, with the customer's address and phone, and the job sheets. Office and dispatch books for everyone, sells service plans and sends invoices.
