The Invoicing appPart of DukeOS, the AI operating system for business: CRM, ERP and AI agents in one system. From $49 a month per business
Issue invoices, record payments as they come in and see at a glance what is due, overdue and paid. Reminders go out by email, and Duke drafts the follow-ups you'd rather not write.
01Duke in Invoicing
It knows what's overdue and what falls due this week, prepares the reminders and records the payments you tell it about. Anything that touches money waits for your approval, and never happens on WhatsApp by itself.

Say who paid what and how. Duke shows what will still be owed, and records it when you approve.
Ask for a payment plan and Duke creates one invoice per instalment, due every few months from the date you choose.

What Invoicing does, part by part, on screens from our live demos.
Payment plans
Turn one amount into a series of invoices: equal parts every month or every few months, or named parts like Booking and Agreement. Each instalment is its own invoice, so you see exactly which ones are paid.

Reminders
Ready-made automations send a payment reminder by email before an invoice is due, follow up overdue ones with an email and a call task for your team, and thank people when they pay in full. Change the timing or the wording to suit you.
With Duke: describe a new reminder in a sentence and it builds the automation for your approval.

Invoices
Invoices are numbered INV-0001 onwards. Once issued, each one shows where it stands from its dates and payments, so the Due and Overdue tabs are always right. Every invoice also sits on the customer's own page.
Payments
Record a payment by cash, card, bank transfer, UPI, cheque or another method, and a receipt is numbered RCPT-0001 onwards. Customers can pay in parts. A payment can never be more than what's owed, and paying the balance marks the invoice paid.
