DukeOS for cleaning companies · AI operating systemCRM, ERP and AI agents in one system. From $49 a month per business. About DukeOS

Cleaning business softwareFrom “how much for a clean?” to a regular client.

DukeOS is the AI operating system for cleaning companies: enquiries, quotes, regular cleans, invoices and WhatsApp in one app, with Duke, an AI assistant that prepares the work for your approval. Survey visits, quotes, service plans, job sheets and invoices in one place. Duke answers WhatsApp at any hour, books survey visits and tells you which regular clients have no clean booked.

01Duke at your cleaning company

Duke fills the diary while your teams clean.

It answers “how much for a clean?” on WhatsApp from your price list, books survey visits into free times and saves the address and access notes on the client's site. Quotes after a survey, regulars on a service plan with no clean booked and invoices still open are ready for your yes.

02The apps cleaning companies use

Enquiries in, quotes out, cleans booked, invoices paid.

Leads for every enquiry and service request form, visits for surveys and cleans, quotes that become orders, service plans for regular clients, and invoices with part payments.

Service plans

Regular clients, never forgotten.

Put regular clients on a service plan: weekly, fortnightly, or a year with a set number of deep cleans. Renewals and who is due are worked out for you, and a reminder goes before a plan ends. Visits don't repeat in the diary on their own yet, so Duke lists plans with nothing booked.

Survey visits and cleans

A diary for every cleaner.

Working hours per cleaner, visit types with their own length and travel buffer, and free times worked out for you. The office books every cleaner's visits; each cleaner sees only their own, with the client's address and phone.

Quotes

Quotes that turn into jobs.

Line by line from your services: deep clean, oven, carpets, windows. Mark it sent, and when the client accepts, the order is made with the same lines.

Invoices

Know who still owes you.

Invoices, receipts and part payments by card, bank transfer or cash. Due, overdue and paid are worked out for you.

Ready-made pages

Sites and job sheets, ready-made.

A cleaning company starts with a Sites page (address, property type, access notes, what's on site) and Job sheets on a board from Booked to Done, both linked to the client. Add your own, like Supplies or Complaints and re-cleans, by asking Duke.
