DukeOS for driving schools · AI operating systemCRM, ERP and AI agents in one system. From $49 a month per business. About DukeOS
Driving school softwareEvery lesson booked, every learner test-ready.
DukeOS is the AI operating system for driving schools: lesson bookings, packages, instructors and WhatsApp in one app, with Duke, an AI assistant that prepares the work for your approval. Lessons fit into each instructor's working hours, packages show how many lessons are left, and test dates are never missed. Duke books and moves lessons for learners on WhatsApp.

01Duke at your driving school
Duke fills the instructors' diaries between lessons.
It books, moves and cancels learners' lessons with their instructor on WhatsApp, from each instructor's free times, and saves new learners as enquiries. Package top-ups, payment reminders and test-week tasks are drafted for you, and nothing changes until you approve.

02The apps driving schools use
Lessons, packages and learners.
Each instructor has a diary from their working hours, learners buy lesson packages, and every payment is recorded against them.
03In the app
A closer look.
Screens from our live demos, and what each part does for the business.
Test dates
Test day, planned weeks ahead.
Keep each learner's theory and practical test dates, results and instructor on one page. Filter by month to see who is coming up.
Driving testsCustom page
| Learner | Test | Date | Instructor | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tama Ngata | Practical | 18 Nov | Dev Sharma | Booked |
| Ella Wright | Practical | 4 Nov | Rose Tui | Booked |
| Sam Li | Theory | 21 Oct | Dev Sharma | Passed |
Diary
Each instructor's week, without clashes.
Set working hours, split shifts and days off per instructor. Free times are worked out for you, with a break after each lesson if you want one, and an instructor can't be double-booked.
Packages
Lessons bought, lessons used.
A package page linked to each learner keeps the lessons bought, lessons used, price and expiry. Invoice the package and split its price into instalments if the learner prefers.
