PDF, Word (.docx), text, Markdown and CSV files up to 10 MB. Each upload is virus-scanned, its text is read and indexed for search by meaning, not just matching words. Upload a new copy and it becomes the next version.

What's our rule if someone cancels on the day?

DukeCancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half the session price, unless it's an illness with a note. Cancellation policy, page 2.

Who can see it

Each person searches only their files.

A document is visible to everyone with access, or only to the roles you choose. The filter runs in the database before anything reaches the AI, so Duke can't quote a file the person asking can't open.
