01Duke in Email

Emails written for you, sent by you.

Ask for an email in plain words. Duke reads the customer's history, writes it or fills one of your templates, and shows you exactly what will go out, in your business's name.

Who decides

  • Your templates, up to a limitIf you opt in, an agent sends messages that are entirely your approved templates, up to a limit per run.
  • Waits for your approvalIt prepares it and shows a one-line preview. Nothing changes until you approve.
  • Just answersReading needs no approval, and it sees only what the person asking may see.
Meet Duke
01Waits for your approval

A sentence in, an email out.

Say what you want to tell someone. Duke writes the email, and you see the subject and every word before approving.

Email Daniel that the fitters can start on the 19th.
Waiting for your approvalEmail Daniel Osei: “Fitting dates for your kitchen”. “Hi Daniel, good news: our fitters can start on Monday 19 Oct. Does that suit you?”ApproveNot now
02Just answers

It reads before it writes.

Duke checks the customer's recent emails and WhatsApp messages first, if your role may read them, so a follow-up never repeats what you already said.

What did we last send Daniel?
DukeA quote for the kitchen refit by email on Monday. He replied on WhatsApp on Tuesday asking about fitting dates.
03Your templates, up to a limit

Your templates, on a schedule.

An agent can email your approved templates on its own, like renewal reminders, up to a limit per run. Emails Duke writes itself still wait for you.

How it works.

What Email does, part by part, on screens from our live demos.

Your name on it

Sent as your business, answered by your team.

The sender name is your brand, so customers know who is writing. Replies go to the staff member who sent the email, straight to their own inbox. Sending runs through Resend or any SMTP service you already use.

Timeline

Recorded once it has really gone.

Each email is queued, then marked sent or failed. It appears on the customer's timeline only once it has actually been sent, so the history shows what the customer received.

Templates

Start from a template, never send a blank.

Pick a message template and the email fills itself with the customer's name, your business name and your own name. If a placeholder still has nothing in it, the email isn't sent until you fill it.

With Duke: ask it to fill a template for a customer and it names any detail that's missing.

When Duke writes emails, each card shows the exact recipient, subject and text. There's one card per customer, and you can approve them one by one or all together.
