What it may do
Duke always answers from the text you write about your business, and can quote prices from your product list. Switch on capture and it saves the person as a contact, asks your qualifying questions and notes the enquiry as a lead. Switch on booking and it finds free times and books appointments.

In quiet hours Duke only drafts, and sends your own note once a night so nobody waits in silence. At 8 every morning you get a daily summary. You can also cap the credits Duke uses on duty each month.

How much it does
Start with drafts: Duke writes each reply and your team sends it in one tap or edits it first. When you trust it, let it answer on its own. You can turn it off at any time.
Hand-overs
Duke hands a conversation to a person when your keywords come up, when it reaches the daily reply limit, when it isn't sure, or if the AI fails. It says why, so whoever picks it up knows where things stand.

In DukeOS, the AI receptionist is Duke on duty: it answers customers on your WhatsApp number from what you've told it about your business. You choose what it may do: answer, save their details, book appointments, fill in pages you choose and hand over to a person. It only talks with people who wrote first.
Duke on duty is included in DukeOS's Growth plan at $99 a month and the Pro plan at $199, for the whole business. Growth comes with about 2,000 AI credits a month, and you can cap the credits Duke uses on duty. India prices are before 18% GST.
Yes. With booking switched on, DukeOS's Duke offers free times for the services customers may book themselves, inside your notice and how-far-ahead rules, and books the one the customer picks. It can also move or cancel that customer's own appointment, and your team sees every booking on the list.
DukeOS's Duke never makes up an answer or a price. If it isn't in what you've told it, it says so and hands the conversation to your team. It also hands over when your chosen words come up, when it isn't sure or at the day's reply limit, and says why.
