DukeOS for hair salons · AI operating systemCRM, ERP and AI agents in one system. From $49 a month per business. About DukeOS

Hair salon softwareRemember every formula. Rebook every regular.

DukeOS is the AI operating system for hair salons: bookings by stylist, colour notes, rebooking and WhatsApp in one app, with Duke, an AI assistant that prepares the work for your approval. Cuts, colour and treatments booked by stylist, with each client's colour formula and patch test date a question away. Duke takes booking requests on WhatsApp and tells you who's overdue for their roots.

What colour did we use on Grace Walker last time?
DukeFrom her client profile: 6.1 at the roots with 7.13 through the ends, 20 vol, then a 9.21 toner. Patch test done on 2 March. She's booked with Sophie on Saturday at 10:30.
Thanks. Is anyone else in for colour Saturday without a patch test this year?
DukeTwo clients: Holly Price at 12:00 and Nadia Okoro at 2:30. Neither profile has a patch test date since January.

Duke rebooks the roots before they show.

Colour clients drift when nobody notices it's been seven weeks. Duke tells you who's due and drafts the rebooking note, checks patch test dates before the weekend's colour list, and takes cut and colour requests on WhatsApp into each stylist's real free times.

Client profiles

The formula, the allergy, the patch test.

Hair type, preferred stylist, allergies, patch test date and colour formula on one profile, linked to the client and their timeline.

Appointments

Each stylist's column, from their own hours.

Balayage takes the afternoon; a fringe trim fits in fifteen minutes. Each service has its length and a buffer after it, and free times are worked out for you.

Consultations

Colour corrections start with a consultation.

Track requested, booked and done consultations on a board, with hair goals, last colour, budget and whether a patch test is needed.
