Branches: running more than one location

If you run more than one place, add each one as a branch. Until you do, everything applies everywhere.

Add a branch

1. Go to Settings → Business → Branches.
2. Click Add a branch.
3. Enter the Name (for example “Indiranagar”), and if you like the Address and Timezone (if it's different from your business's).
4. Click Save.

Where branches are used

• Roles: give someone a role for Only one branch and it applies there only. Choose the branch when you invite someone or add a role. See Roles & permissions.
• Bookings: choose the branch when you schedule a class, and filter the schedule by branch. Class times follow the branch's time zone.
• Inventory: stock is kept per branch; choose the branch when you record stock. Whole business means stock that isn't at a particular branch.
• Sales: an order can belong to a branch, and fulfilling it takes stock from that branch.

Change or remove a branch

Click Edit or Remove on the branch. A branch can't be removed while people have roles in it or invitations use it; change those first.
